Material Introduction
Bonbon Core, a specific type of pickleball foam core, is an innovative granular material. It is formed through a precise high – pressure and high – temperature molding process, with a molding time of 180 seconds. During the initial stage of formation, the temperature is raised to 572°F/300°C to ensure a uniform internal structure of the pickleball foam core. Then, it is further increased to 622°F/350°C to enhance surface hardness, achieving the core’s characteristic of being hard on the outside and soft on the inside.
